Three Home Workout Blunders

When it comes to losing fat over the holiday seasons, a lot of people make 3 huge blunders with their workout routines:

Mistake #1) Too a lot cardio

Cardio is always the initial form of exercise that individuals try when they wish to lose belly fat. But the issues are that cardio workouts take TOO Long and cardio is also ineffective for fat loss. Research shows there is a much better method to burn belly fat.

Mistake #2) Too numerous machines

Most individuals believe you require a big, fancy gym full of expensive equipment in the event you want to burn fat. But that’s not true at all. Instead, you can workout within the comfort of your own home – even with just your own bodyweight and still have a powerful fat burning workout in just minutes.

Mistake #3) The workout are too long (so the workout gets skipped)

Because of the lengthy cardio and also the desire to use costly machines, most people end up driving 15 minutes to the gym to do a 60-90 minute cardio workout that results in extremely little fat loss – if any. But while this schedule is “fine” in January when there’s nothing else to do, it just doesn’t work over the busy holidays.

As you’ll discover, the key to proven holiday fat burning are proven bodyweight and interval training workouts.

But even when it comes to interval training, there are still 3 more common mistakes.

1) Most individuals work too hard throughout the recovery period.

It’s called a “recovery” period for a reason! So don’t worry about “keeping your heart rate up”. Interval training isn’t cardio. It’s a completely different technique of training. So give up the cardio mindset and get to love your recovery.

2) As a result of working too hard within the recovery portion, most people do not work hard sufficient throughout the work period.

Nevertheless, it’s that tough, intense work that causes the body to change. So make certain you are doing High quality training.

3) Most people never change their interval training workouts.

You should be using a variety of work-to-rest interval durations And a selection of training methods. Also, be sure to maintain track of your outcomes so you discover what works best for you.

Interval training and even bodyweight circuit training are the keys to burning holiday belly fat at house – especially whenever you don’t have a lot time to workout (like over the busy holidays). And you should do it correct.

Three Components of a Successful Fitness Exercise Program

Three Components of a Successful Fitness Exercise Program

Many people like to start a new year with fitness goals, but those goals will be much more likely met with the proper fitness exercise program. A complete fitness exercise program will work the entire body, and produce a myriad of healthy results. It’s not enough to simply want to tone the torso or build the biceps; working the heart, lungs and complete cardiovascular system should be a consideration as well. We have the three components that will help you design a successful fitness exercise program that will get you fit and trim from the inside out.

Aerobic Exercise
Aerobic exercise is any type of activity that will get your heart pumping, and may include walking, running, swimming or cycling. All of those machines at the local fitness center that require you to get up and get moving, like the treadmill, stair master, Nordic track and stationary cycles will work for this purpose. So will a brisk walk or jog around the neighborhood or a workout video in the family room. Aerobic exercise is essential for a fitness exercise program because it assists with weight loss and maintenance and will keep your heart and lungs healthy. Most experts will recommend at least 30 minutes four or five times a week to reap the greatest benefit.

Strength Training
While most don’t consider strength training as a part of a fitness exercise program for weight loss, this activity will actually help you burn fat more efficiently and lose weight more rapidly. It is also good for strengthening bones and muscles, which may prevent diseases like osteoporosis later in life. Strength training can be as easy as adding a few free weights to your home workout routine. Or you can opt for joining a gym or fitness center that will offer access to the many great machines that can tone and bulk you up. Three times a week is the general recommendation for a strength training fitness exercise program.

Flexibility and Balance
This component of a complete fitness exercise program is often achieved through a few yoga or Pilates sessions each week. However, you can also incorporate flexibility and balance through simple stretching exercises that you can do at home each day. These exercises will keep your joints and muscles healthy and less prone to injury, making this an important part of a fitness exercise program well into the later years of life. Flexibility can be done almost daily for greatest benefit.

A complete fitness exercise program is the best way to maintain a healthy weight, increase energy and ward off some diseases. By incorporating these three types of exercise into your daily life, you will be on the road to better health and a higher quality of life.

Dance Pizazzs Top Three Ways Ballroom Dance Can Help Anyone Relax

St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) March 27, 2015

It’s a fact: one of the best and proven ways to relieve stress is through exercise. It’s also true that it’s hard to stay relaxed in today’s world of constant actions, emotions, and interaction. According to a Harvard Health Review article (http://www.health.harvard.edu/newsletters/Harvard_Mens_Health_Watch/2011/February/exercising-to-relax), exercise – such as ballroom dancing – can help by relieving mental stress.

Dance Pizazz, the St. Louis area’s funnest, friendliest dance studio (http://www.dance-pizazz.com), understands this need for relaxation to improve and maintain health and wants to share three tips on how dancing can bring about relaxation through:

1. Promoting Chemical Balance: Simply put, dancing has been proven to reduce the levels of stress hormones while stimulating the production of endorphins. These endorphins are responsible for post-workout feelings like positivity and relaxation. The more regular the exercise, the more endorphins are released to aid relaxation and regulate the body’s cycles.

2. Deepening the Mind-Body Connection: Mental stress is known to create symptoms such as muscle tenseness, cramps, rapid breathing, and even lightheadedness. Dancing regularly, though, can bring about a deeper mind-body connection by reducing stress. This knowledge is the key to maintaining good overall health and keeping negative symptoms and even diseases at bay.

3. Fun and Exercise: Ballroom dance is a stellar workout that is also fun! It allows the body to work many muscle groups in a rhythmic and repetitive fashion, which leads to more stamina and strength. It also gives dancers of any level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) a chance to unleash their creativity. What better way to both exercise and promote relaxation than while listening to good music?

As a body becomes stronger through exercise, it can also become more relaxed. Ballroom dance can help anyone with low-to-high levels of stress achieve balance on and off the dance floor. Check out http://www.dance-pizazz.com for other ways dancing has helped many achieve their healthy body goals.

The long and short of this diet operates with the knowledge that if you do not feed your body accurately and regularly your body will go into what is called ‘starvation mode’. The downside of being in starvation mode is that it means the body will not burn off fat – it retains it. The end result of this is that muscle fat is burn’t off rater than the access fat around your belly, for instance.

With the three hour diet people tend not to feel so hungry. The diet also teaches the user what foods to eat to maximize weightloss results. You also learn which foods are the best for your own personal weightloss needs. One thing you need to keep in mind is that dieting with a program such as this is no small commitment. You need to stick to what the diet plan says to do in order for it to work. It is important to stick to the 3 hour eating schedule otherwise this may not be the plan for you.

Otherwise, if this is something you would be interested in, I highly recommend it. There are special considerations based on the amount you weight currently and the amount of weight you are hoping to lose. To get the best results you need to be honest with yourself throught the weightloss program. The claim is that you can lose as many as 10 pounds in the first two weeks and there are those that have claimed to do just that over and over again. Many celebs have used the diet and endorsed the results.

The good and the bad about 3 hour dieting is that it is effective but takes a very real commitment on the part of the one that is dieting. This diet is one that is taking the world by storm. If you haven’t heard of it before now, please take the time to check it out and see if this is something you could incorporate into your life. All proceeds will be donated to the Foothill Family Shelter, where it will be distributed throughout the community and assist those who need it most. For more information regarding the program and details about locations, workout schedules, donations, those interested can visit the Upland, Glendora, and Ontario websites.
