The Circuelle Foundation, launched in 2014 to educate and empower women to embrace healthy breast rituals, reached more than half a million women with their Beautiful Awareness™ message and new way to support breast self-exams.
Circuelle Foundation provided 57,068 women a breast ritual créme and a new way to view breast health. The non-profit organization appeared at various premier events including, the Oscars®, Wine Women & Shoes®, Brides Against Breast Cancer, Revlon 5K Walk, and Key to the Cure. The Circuelle Foundation reached out to the medical community as well at the National Consortium of Breast Centers in Las Vegas and provided a clinically proven breast ritual créme for participating breast centers to provide to their patients free of charge.
Women aged 18 to 29 years are still more likely to exercise, go to the dentist, weigh themselves and get their eyes tested than check their breasts. Since 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime, it is important to reach this younger audience with the importance of breast awareness. The need to change the way women view their breast health is important considering 1 in 3 women think about their breast health ONLY when their doctor brings it up.
Circuelle Foundation launched a Beautiful Awareness campaign directed to young women via social media and email. The successful campaign launched over FaceBook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn and featured educational messages, infographics, testimonial videos, and inspirational and educational quotes. With 145,814 social media impressions and 300,000 emails sent, Circuelle Foundation is educating women with healthy breast rituals. Circuelle Foundation knows the importance of all screening methods to detect breast cancer and also provided free mammograms to the Conejo Clinic in California.
“We hope to help educate and bring awareness to women about breast health while empowering them to embrace healthy rituals,” said Melissa Kirkpatrick, founder of Circuelle Foundation.
“Our goals for 2015 include launching our school-centered education program to help educate high school and college students about the importance of breast awareness through breast education and healthy rituals. Kirkpatrick said, “The average cost to implement this program in a classroom is $ 125.00, and in an entire school, it’s $ 750.00. However, the impact breast health education can have to our society is truly priceless.”
