Beach Body Diet

It’s summer and you want a summer beach body that will turn heads with envy? Then you have come to the right place. I will outline a way for you to achieve burning your body fat and having more energy in the shortest time possible. Many people never plan out a fitness routine for themselves until summer is upon them and then at the last minute they try to construct a program or look for a program that will give them fast results.

There is hope for you if you are guilty of this (smile). Grab a pen and a piece of paper (or print this article) and I will lead you to the holy grail of fast fat loss and weight loss for those of you that consider yourselves lazy but want a knockout body.

Go buy some beef jerky that has 1 gram of fat or less per serving and carry enough around with you everyday so that when you start to get hungry, eat it. It is very convenient and many people underestimate the nutritional value of beef jerky which gives you a great source of quality protein and very little fat. Next you want to limit your carbohydrates to about 100 grams per day give or take 10 grams.

You will have to experiment but you don’t want to go any higher than that. Your source of carbs should be fibrous carbs because you can eat more of them and you will feel full longer. Fibrous carbs are green beans, celery, lettuce etc. Try to limit sugars or eliminate them altogether so that your blood sugar is stable. Do not panic about the sodium in beef jerky, just drink more water to flush out the excess.

You will see a very favorable change in your body within a couple of weeks guaranteed if follow exactly as outlined above. Now go get that summer beach body!

Prosthodontist, Dr. William Gielincki, Jr. Now Welcomes Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach Residents for Natural-Looking Dental Implants

Jacksonville Beach, FL (PRWEB) May 12, 2015

Dr. William Gielincki, Jr. of Jacksonville Center for Prosthodontics & Implant Dentistry, is excited to announce that he is expanding his practice in order to better serve the community. There are many in need of dental implants in Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and Dr. Gielincki wants them to have access to a prosthodontist. Implants are one of the most important techniques available today to replace missing teeth because they look and function like natural teeth while maintaining the health of jawbone. This procedure helps people improve their smiles, their health, and their confidence.

Dental implants are quickly gaining popularity because of their unparalleled benefits. Patients who have implants do not have to clean them separately from the traditional brushing and flossing provided for their other natural teeth. They do not have to be concerned about restricted diets or the prosthetic fit changing over time. The implants look and function so similarly to natural teeth, that it actually makes it more difficult to distinguish which one is the replacement. However, implants go further than simply working as believable prosthetics. They assist in keeping the bone healthy when they are used to replace missing teeth because the jawbone relies on pressure from teeth in their sockets. Without pressure, it slowly demineralizes, which was once a source of continual problems prior to implants. Today, the jawbone does not deteriorate because the posts used in implants produce the same pressure that simulates that of natural roots.

Dr. Gielincki is passionate about his role as a prosthodontist. He values his responsibility to help people replace missing teeth because teeth are vital to the condition of oral health. In addition to dental health concerns, he also addresses the importance of maintaining good nutrition. With the social pressure demanding the aesthetics of a beautiful smile, people with gaps often try to avoid smiling in public to hide their embarrassment. Dr. Gielincki wants everyone in the community to feel proud of his or her smile.

Those who need dental implants in Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, may visit Dr. Gielincki’s website to learn more about the importance of prosthetics. They may also inquire by calling his office to get their questions or concerns addressed.

Beach Living in Panama for Just $1,000 a Month in an Up-and-Coming Haven InternationalLiving.com

Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) May 12, 2015

The town of Las Tablas on Panama’s Pacific Coast, is renowned for everything from colorful Carnival celebrations to artisanal textiles, pottery, and leatherwork. And beaches. Life in this sunny region of Panama is good , say the expats who, in increasing numbers, have begun to settle there.

“Las Tablas is graced with more sunny days and less humidity than any other part of the country,” says InternationalLiving.com Panama editor Jessica Ramesch. “And the cost of living is the lowest in Panama. Here, a couple can easily live on $ 1,000 a month, including rent.”

Originally from St. Louis, expats Joyclyn and Armand Brodeur came to Las Tablas in August 2014 to test-drive their Panama retirement.

“The couple yearned for a tropical, beach lifestyle,” Ramesch reports. “At the same time, they wanted to choose a place where it was possible to live on a Social Security check.”

“Las Tablas fits the bill,” they say, citing the excellent infrastructure and affordable healthcare.

The Brodeurs chose Las Tablas so they could live well on little, without sacrificing the good things in life. They go to the local expat hangout, Ponchalo’s, several times a week. The cost averages $ 20 total, including beverages. “Recently we had a to-die-for filet mignon for $ 6 at a place around the corner,” they report. Utilities are also inexpensive and they rent their small home for $ 200 a month.

“The Brodeurs are most enthusiastic about the quality and affordability of the healthcare, however. Both have been to a local dentist and were impressed with the offices, equipment, and thorough manner,” says Ramesch.

With more money in their pockets and no shortage of time on their hands, the two have been able to fully immerse themselves in the culture of their new home.

Attending a recent festival in rural Panama, Joyclyn said, “I saw a bull run, and it was fascinating.” At this festival, there were oxcarts painted in bright primary colors, local boys in traditional garb, and girls in richly embroidered polleras—Panama’s much-admired national dress worn for traditional events.

When they’re not dancing and socializing, the couple enjoys their laid-back lifestyle in Las Tablas.

“The day starts with Panamanian coffee—usually on the front porch. We have a papaya tree in the backyard and have fresh papaya regularly for breakfast,” Armand reports. “It’s a simple, effortless lifestyle…though the nearby beaches do make it sound a bit glamorous.”

The Brodeurs do most of their traveling by foot, as many of the locals do. And all the walking has had an unintended effect. “We have dropped an incredible amount of weight,” says Armand. “And we’re not even eating as healthy as we ought to.”

Rising Popularity of Beach Culture and Water Sports Drives the Global Swimwear and Beachwear Market, According to a New Report by Global Industry Analysts, Inc.

San Jose, California (PRWEB) November 17, 2014

Follow us on LinkedIn – The global swimwear and beachwear market is witnessing steady growth, driven by growing health consciousness, rising popularity of beach culture and water sports, increasing emphasis on active and healthy lifestyles, and continued innovations in swimsuit design and technology. Other factors driving demand in the market include growth of the beauty and spa industry, increasing life expectancy and the consequent increase in interest among the aged towards staying fit. Aging-but-active population in the US, Japan, and Europe as well as in emerging markets of Asia and Latin America, presents attractive opportunities for swimwear manufacturers.

Regional boundaries for fashion are fast blurring with increasing globalization where design trends have become more global than ever. Over the years, fashion, which was more concentrated on the element of style and innovation, is gradually changing its definition to the ‘comfort’ aspect. Increasing incorporation of the comfort element is attracting more consumers to swimwear. Women continue to be the larger buyer group in the global swimwear and beachwear market. They also constitute the highest spenders on expensive swimwear, while men continue to be price sensitive. The trend however, appears to be changing gradually, with men also beginning to show increased interest towards purchasing expensive swim and beachwear as the emphasis on aesthetics increases. Children’s swimwear category, on the other hand, represents the fastest growing segment within the global swimwear and beachwear market. High end designers, who earlier emphasized more on the women’s segment, have now realized the potential of this exceptionally growing market segment, and are designing swimwear for this category.

As stated by the new market research report on Swimwear and Beachwear, Brazil constitutes the largest market in terms of unit sales and the United States in terms of value sales. Asia-Pacific, driven largely by China, represents the market with the highest potential for future growth. China represents the fastest growing market for swimwear and beachwear, both in terms of value and volume. Growing acceptance of swimwear as fashion attire, increasing consumer disposable income, and growing influence of western culture, are some of the major factors spurring growth in the country.

Major players covered in the report include American Apparel Inc., Arena Italia S.p.A, Diana Sport, Wacoal Eveden Ltd., La Perla Group, NoZONE Clothing Limited, O’Neill Inc., PARAH S.p.A, Pentland Group Plc., Speedo International Ltd., Perry Ellis International Inc., Jantzen Apparel LLC, Quiksilver Inc., Seafolly, Seaspray Swimwear, Tefron Ltd., Swimwear Anywhere, Inc., TYR Sport Inc., and PVH Corp.

The research report titled “Swimwear and Beachwear: A Global Strategic Business Report” announced by Global Industry Analysts Inc., provides a comprehensive review of the swimwear and beachwear market, current trends, growth drivers, segmental analysis, new product introductions, strategic corporate developments, and focus on major and niche global and regional market participants. The report provides market estimates and projections in US$ and Units for all major geographic markets including the US, Canada, Japan, Europe (France, Germany, Italy, UK, Spain, and Rest of Europe), Asia-Pacific (China, South Korea and Rest of Asia-Pacific), Latin America (Brazil and Latin America) and Rest of World. Product segments analyzed in the report include Men’s Swimwear and Beachwear, Women’s Swimwear and Beachwear, and Children’s Swimwear and Beachwear.

Develop Your Personal Brand As a Leader Workshop to Launch February 26-27, 2015 in Newport Beach, CA

Irvine, CA (PRWEB) November 04, 2014

On February 26-27, 2015 Glenn Llopis Group (GLG) will be hosting its popular workshop program – Develop Your Personal Brand As Leader in Irvine, CA. Glenn Llopis, a nationally recognized thought leader, bestselling author and contributing writer to Forbes, Harvard Business Review and Huffington Post will facilitate this high-impact two-day program that teaches business leaders to develop/manage their leadership brand identity to maximize their workplace influence and overview performance.

According to Llopis, “the uncertainty of the post-2008 economy has demanded more from the workforce. All too often, leaders have been forced to sacrifice their own identities in the rush of business necessity. Leadership can no longer live in a highly-structured, overly-defined box of silos, but rather must move into an interconnected, boundary-less ecosystem of diverse minds, ideas, and ideals – where it’s more about the role your personal brand plays rather than your job description alone. As such, leaders are now eager to reclaim those personal identities as the economy improves and opportunities return. In order for organizations to recruit and retain top leadership talent, they must enable them with a leadership brand identity that matters.”

Based on a survey conducted by the Glenn Llopis Group (GLG), less than 15% of leaders have truly defined their personal brands and less than 5% are living them consistently at work each and every day. Through group-think situational analyses, case studies and pre-work assessments, participants will:

•Learn how and why personal branding is no longer about self-promotion, but about trusting yourself to be a more effective leader and make your voice and identity respected

•Seamlessly deliver their most genuine executive presence that represents who they are and what they stand for

•Align their leadership role and responsibilities to more authentically amplify and create greater impact and influence

•Create their personal brand leadership value proposition

•Manage their personal brand by continually refining the answers to four critical questions that serve as the foundation for their ultimate workplace success and significance

•Experience GLG’s “speed branding” exercise where workshop participants obtain real-time feedback and valuable insights from their peers

Prior GLG workshop participants that have included leaders from Fortune 500 clients such as Home Depot, Coke, Catamaran, State Farm, Target, Walmart, Pepsico, and many others have described the workshop experience as “awakening, transformational, eye-opening,” with a 100% approval rating.

For more information about how to attend the workshop and/or sponsorship opportunities for your corporation, please contact Vice President of Client Relations, Annette Prieto-Llopis at aprieto(at)glennllopisgroup(dot)com or at 949-387-2609.

Mediterranean Diet and the South Beach Diet: A Detailed Comparison

Mediterranean Diet and the South Beach Diet: A Detailed Comparison

Good health and longevity interests people of all ages from around the world. As a result, the weight loss and fitness industries have been booming for years. There are so many diets that those seeking help with their weight loss or health needs don’t know where to turn.

Two diets that have become extremely popular recently are the Mediterranean Diet and the South Beach Diet. Here’s a detailed comparison of both diets.

Mediterranean Diet Explained

The Mediterranean Diet is often called “The Healthiest Diet in the World” because of its healthy weight loss benefits. Just as the name implies, the Mediterranean Diet has been enjoyed by people who live in the Mediterranean region, particularly Italy and Greece, for thousands of years and is now being adopted by many Americans and others around the world.

It is a diet low in saturated fat with healthy mono-unsaturated fats being provided through fish, nuts and olive oil. It features foods such as dried fruits, vegetables, whole grains, small portions of meat such as salmon, turkey, lamb, and tuna, and a small amount of wine.

The Mediterranean Diet is known for its many benefits such as help in the prevention of gallstones, breast cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, Lou Gehrig disease, high cholesterol, and other diseases.

South Beach Diet Explained

The South Beach Diet is a newer “no carb” type diet where carbohydrates are prohibited during the first phase of the diet, and then are slowly introduced back into the diet after two weeks. There are three phases all together, with the third being for maintenance. The focus is on lean meats such as chicken, turkey, shellfish, and fish as well as nuts, eggs, and low-fat cheese. The benefits are weight loss with a long-term balanced diet plan to help with weight maintenance.

How the Diets are Alike

The similarities of these two diets include eating restaurant quality recipes and promoting healthy monounsaturated fats. Both diets are low in unhealthy saturated fats. The unhealthy fats are found in cheese and meat. Both diets promote healthy foods. Both provide an avenue for fast weight loss with a plan for lifetime maintenance. Also, both diets offer online support and memberships for delicious diet recipes. For instance, Ayhan’s Mediterranean Menu Plans are available for those who want to change over to a Mediterranean way of eating.

How They Differ

With the Mediterranean Diet, alcohol (especially wine) is allowed in moderation. It is prohibited in the first phase of the South Beach Diet. The Mediterranean Diet is high in fiber while the South Beach Diet is low in fiber during its initial phase.

Portion control is the main focus of the Mediterranean Diet while the South Beach Diet restricts “what” is eaten by prohibiting certain fruits and vegetables. Another major difference is that those who adopt the Mediterranean Diet may order foods, dressings and seasonings online for their cooking needs. The South Beach Diet does not offer products such as these.

The South Beach Diet has only been around a few years while the Mediterranean Diet has been around for thousands of years. Studies have shown that those eating a Mediterranean Diet have less risk of major diseases and can even increase longevity.

In this comparison, we see that both diets offer health and weight loss benefits. However, the Mediterranean Diet appears to be better for long-term good health and has fared well in many studies.
