    And, I really like that they included a warm-up, which they normally don’t.

  3. How do I accurately know how many calories I’ve burned during this workout?
    I’ve gone form 236 lbs to 167 lbs.I am currently doing P90X but the
    workouts are too long and I am looking for a workout I can perform 4 times
    a day on my breaks and lunch because I don’t want to stop exercising and
    because I want to burn calories and stay in shape. PLEASE HELP!!

    video of one to show us? Preferably exercises that do not require equipment
    like a treadmill or stationary bike. Thanks love your stuff.

    in the search category. I always do a cool down otherwise my runner’s knee
    flares up!
